For agencies and consultants

White-label SEO audits that end in a prioritised action plan

A defined technical and on-page review of your client's site. The crawl is tool-assisted, every finding is reviewed by a person, and the result is a list of fixes in priority order that your team or the client's developers can work through.

  • You keep the client relationship
  • Unbranded deliverables
  • Written scope before work starts

Who it suits

Built for teams that own the client relationship

  • Agencies

Agencies pitching a new SEO client who need a credible diagnostic before quoting ongoing work.

  • Web and design agencies

Web agencies checking a site before or after a rebuild or migration.

  • Consultants

Consultants who want a second, documented review to support their own recommendations.

The outcome

A diagnosis and action plan: what is wrong, the evidence, how much it matters and what to do about it. Implementation is a separate decision.

Deliverables

What you receive, in units

Per site

Technical review

Crawlability, indexation signals, redirects, status codes, canonicals, internal linking and page experience indicators, within the agreed crawl limit.

Format: Findings with affected URL samples and the tool evidence behind them.

Per site, sampled by page template

On-page review

Titles, headings, content depth, internal links and structured data on representative templates.

Format: Template-level findings, so fixes apply across similar pages.

Per site

Prioritised action plan

Every confirmed finding ranked by expected impact and effort.

Format: Unbranded document and spreadsheet: issue, evidence, priority, recommended fix, suggested owner.

Not included

  • Implementing fixes, writing content or changing the site.
  • A full backlink profile audit, unless separately scoped.
  • Guaranteed rankings or traffic changes as a result of the audit.
  • Free audits. No free tier is offered unless the owner approves a defined free scope.
  • Pages beyond the agreed crawl limit, or sections behind logins.

Quality checks

  • Automated flags are confirmed on the live site before they become findings.
  • Each finding includes evidence: an affected URL sample, a screenshot or the tool output.
  • Priority reflects this site's situation, not a generic severity score.
  • The report states its own limits: crawl size, tools used, date of crawl and sections not reviewed.

Plain definitions

What each word in a report means

So you and your client read status updates the same way.

1Automated output
Raw crawler or tool data. Useful evidence, but not an audit on its own.
2Human review
A person checks each automated flag against the live site, removes false positives and judges what matters for this site.
3Action plan
Findings ranked by priority, each with a recommended fix and the role who would usually do it.
4Implementation
Making the changes. Not included in an audit. It can be scoped separately if approved.

An audit is diagnosis. Implementation is a separate decision.

How an order runs

Every step has a named owner

You always know whose move it is, and nothing is delivered that you haven't scoped.

  1. Step 1

    Brief

    You

Send the service, rough quantity, market and anything the client has ruled out. No client logins needed.

  2. Step 2

    Scope and quote

    SEOReseller

We confirm what's deliverable, flag gaps and send a written scope with price, exclusions and terms.

  3. Step 3

    Permissions and approvals

    You and your client

You accept the quote. Your client grants any access by invitation, and you approve targets or content where the scope says so.

  4. Step 4

    Delivery and QA

    SEOReseller

Work is done to the agreed criteria and checked before it's reported. Anything blocked is flagged, not hidden.

  5. Step 5

    Report and revisions

    SEOReseller, then you

You get an unbranded report to review and forward. Revisions follow the limits written into your quote.

What we need from you

Inputs, access and permissions

  • Site URL and any sections to include or excludeEntered in the order brief.
  • Known issues, recent migrations or redesign datesEntered in the order brief.
  • Search Console read access (optional, improves evidence)Added as a restricted user by the site owner. No passwords are requested.

What you sign off

Approvals and permissions

  1. 1

Scope confirmed: site, sections, crawl limit and whether Search Console access is provided.

  2. 2

Report delivered for your review before you share it with the client.

  • You confirm the client has authorised a crawl of their site.
  • Crawls follow the agreed limit and are rate-limited to avoid loading the client's server.

Turnaround, revisions, payment and cancellation terms are set out in writing in your quote before any work starts.

Price model

Quoted from your scope

We don't show a headline price that wouldn't survive contact with your actual brief. Your quote is built from these factors.

What changes the quote

  • Site size and the crawl limit needed.
  • Number of distinct page templates to review.
  • Platform complexity, such as JavaScript rendering, faceted navigation or international versions.
  • Whether Search Console data is available.

Available as a one-off project.

Questions

SEO audits: common questions

Is this an automated report with a logo swapped?
No. Tools gather evidence, but every finding is reviewed by a person and the report states which tools were used and what was not reviewed.
Will you fix the issues?
An audit is diagnosis only. If implementation support is offered later, it will be quoted as a separate scope.
Do you offer a free audit?
Not at this time. Any sample shown on this site is a labelled example, not a free deliverable.

Scope seo audits for a client

Share the service, rough scope and market. You'll get a written scope and quote to review. Nothing starts until you agree to it.
