Who we are

This website, seoreseller.agency, is operated by the business named in the site footer. Contact details for privacy questions are on the contact page.

What we collect

• Enquiry details you type into our forms: your name, email, the service you're interested in, a rough quantity and project type (on the quote form) and your optional message.
• Marketing preference: whether you ticked the optional box to receive updates. It is off by default and separate from your enquiry.
• First-visit context: campaign tags in the link you followed (utm parameters), the hostname of the referring site (not the full address), and the first page you landed on. Used to understand which channels bring relevant enquiries.
• Usage data: Google Analytics records information such as the pages you view, your device and browser type and your approximate location, using cookies. We don't send your enquiry details to Google.
• Technical security data: your IP address is used briefly, in hashed form and in server memory only, to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored with your enquiry.

Please don't send passwords, account credentials or confidential client information through the forms.

Why we use it

• To read, reply to and prepare a quote for your enquiry.
• To keep a record of enquiries and what happened to them.
• To send occasional updates, only if you opted in.
• To understand how people find and use this site.
• To protect the forms from abuse.

Who receives it

Enquiries are sent to our customer relationship management (CRM) system, GrowthDesk, so the team can follow up. They may also be sent to the team as an internal email. This website keeps no copy of its own. Service providers who host the website, CRM and email process it on our behalf. Google receives the usage data described above through Google Analytics. We don't sell enquiry data or share it with other businesses for their marketing.

Cookies and browser storage

This site loads Google Analytics, which sets analytics cookies in your browser. It does not set advertising cookies. It also uses your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab, to remember first-visit context and, on the delivery plan form, your unsent answers. The margin calculator runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable business record, then deleted. The retention period will be stated here once confirmed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for a copy of your enquiry data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us from the email address you used. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Changes

If this notice changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Each enquiry records which version of this notice was shown.
