Who it suits

Built for teams that own the client relationship

  • Agencies

Agencies serving multi-location businesses that need per-location work tracked separately.

  • Web and design agencies

Web agencies whose clients ask for "Google Maps help" alongside a new website.

  • Consultants

Consultants who handle the client conversation but not the listing-by-listing work.

The outcome

Consistent, accurate business information across the agreed listings for each location, plus a documented record of every change and anything still outstanding.

Deliverables

What you receive, in units

Per location

Location audit

Profile completeness, citation consistency across a defined sample of listings, and on-page location signals.

Format: Findings table with priority, evidence and a recommended fix for each item.

Per location, per agreed directory list

Citation build and clean-up

New listings and corrections to existing ones, using business details confirmed by the client.

Format: Listing report: directory, listing URL, action taken, status (live, pending verification, rejected).

Per task list

Approved profile tasks

Only the changes approved in writing, completed through manager access the business owner granted.

Format: Change log: field, before, after, date, approver.

Not included

  • Virtual offices, co-working addresses or any location the business does not genuinely operate from.
  • Writing, buying, gating or incentivising reviews.
  • Accessing or changing any profile or website without the business owner's authorisation.
  • Guaranteed map-pack positions or reinstatement of suspended profiles.
  • Paid ads, local service ads and social media management.

Quality checks

  • Business details are checked against what the client confirmed before any listing is created or changed.
  • Every location must be a real place the business operates from or serves from, as the platform's guidelines require.
  • Listings report their actual status. Pending verification is reported as pending, not as complete.
  • Duplicate listings are flagged for the client's decision rather than removed automatically.

Plain definitions

What each word in a report means

So you and your client read status updates the same way.

1Location audit
A review of one real business location: profile completeness, name/address/phone consistency across a sample of listings, and location signals on the website.
2Citation work
Creating or correcting business listings on an agreed list of directories. Each listing is reported with its URL and status.
3Profile task
An approved change to a business profile, such as categories, services or description, made only with access the business owner granted.
4On-site work
Changes to the client's website, such as location page content or structured data. Recommended in the audit, and done only when included in scope.
Per-location local SEO workflow with five steps: verify details, location audit, citations, approved profile tasks and change log, with access by owner invitation.
Each location is verified, worked on and reported separately.

How an order runs

Every step has a named owner

You always know whose move it is, and nothing is delivered that you haven't scoped.

  1. Step 1

    Brief

    You

Send the service, rough quantity, market and anything the client has ruled out. No client logins needed.

  2. Step 2

    Scope and quote

    SEOReseller

We confirm what's deliverable, flag gaps and send a written scope with price, exclusions and terms.

  3. Step 3

    Permissions and approvals

    You and your client

You accept the quote. Your client grants any access by invitation, and you approve targets or content where the scope says so.

  4. Step 4

    Delivery and QA

    SEOReseller

Work is done to the agreed criteria and checked before it's reported. Anything blocked is flagged, not hidden.

  5. Step 5

    Report and revisions

    SEOReseller, then you

You get an unbranded report to review and forward. Revisions follow the limits written into your quote.

The full lifecycle, from enquiry to report

What we need from you

  2. 2

Profile and on-site changes are listed and approved before they are made.

  3. 3

Report issued per location with the full change log.

  • The business owner, or someone authorised by them, grants profile access by invitation.
  • You confirm in writing that your client has authorised the work for every location in scope.
  • Access is reviewed at the end of the engagement, and you are told what to revoke.

Turnaround, revisions, payment and cancellation terms are set out in writing in your quote before any work starts.

Price model

Quoted from your scope

We don't show a headline price that wouldn't survive contact with your actual brief. Your quote is built from these factors.

What changes the quote

  • Number of locations.
  • Directory list size and the market each location is in.
  • Clean-up effort, which depends on how many inconsistent or duplicate listings exist.
  • Whether profile tasks and on-site work are included.

Available as a one-off project.

Questions

Local SEO: common questions

Do you need my client's Google password?
No, and you should never send one. Access is granted through a manager invitation from the business owner. Please don't include credentials in any form or email.
Can you create listings for service areas where my client has no office?
We will not create listings at addresses where the business does not operate. Service-area businesses can show their service area according to the platform's rules, without a fake address.
Do you handle reviews?
We do not write, buy or incentivise reviews. An audit can recommend a compliant review-request process that your client runs themselves.
