Delivery lifecycle

How a white-label order moves from brief to report

Five stages, each with a clear owner and a defined output. Work only starts after you accept a written scope.

You keep

  • Client relationship and contracts
  • Your resale price and invoicing
  • Strategy, targets and priorities

We handle

  • Delivery against the accepted scope
  • Quality checks before reporting
  • Unbranded reports and change logs

Overview

  1. Step 1

    Brief

    You

Send the service, rough quantity, market and anything the client has ruled out. No client logins needed.

  2. Step 2

    Scope and quote

    SEOReseller

We confirm what's deliverable, flag gaps and send a written scope with price, exclusions and terms.

  3. Step 3

    Permissions and approvals

    You and your client

You accept the quote. Your client grants any access by invitation, and you approve targets or content where the scope says so.

  4. Step 4

    Delivery and QA

    SEOReseller

Work is done to the agreed criteria and checked before it's reported. Anything blocked is flagged, not hidden.

  5. Step 5

    Report and revisions

    SEOReseller, then you

You get an unbranded report to review and forward. Revisions follow the limits written into your quote.

Stage by stage

Who does what at each stage

1. Enquiry and brief

Output: Clarified requirements

You

  • Send the service, rough quantity, market and niche
  • Note anything the client has ruled out
  • Leave out passwords and confidential data

SEOReseller

  • A person reads the brief and checks fit
  • Ask questions where the brief is ambiguous
  • Tell you if a scope can't be delivered well

2. Written scope and quote

Output: Accepted scope. No work starts before this.

You

  • Review units, exclusions and terms
  • Confirm targets or locations
  • Accept in writing, or ask for changes

SEOReseller

  • Prepare a scope with deliverables in units
  • State price, currency, payment schedule and third-party costs
  • List the inputs and access needed

3. Permissions and approvals

Output: Recorded approvals

You

  • Confirm you're authorised to commission the work
  • Ask your client to grant access by invitation, where needed
  • Approve targets, anchors or content where the scope says so

SEOReseller

  • Request only the access the service needs
  • Never ask for passwords
  • Record approvals against the order

4. Delivery and QA

Output: Checked deliverables

You

  • Answer questions that block progress
  • Flag client changes early

SEOReseller

  • Deliver against the agreed criteria
  • Check each item before it's reported
  • Flag anything blocked or at risk instead of hiding it

5. Report, revisions and close

Output: Unbranded report you can forward

You

  • Review the report before forwarding it
  • Request revisions within the agreed limits
  • Remove access you no longer need us to have

SEOReseller

  • Issue an unbranded report
  • Handle revisions within scope
  • Confirm which access can now be revoked

Communication

How we keep you informed

  • One point of contact on your side. By default we don't contact your client directly.
  • Status in plain words: opportunity, approved, in progress, live, replaced, blocked.
  • Problems are raised when they happen, with options, not in the final report.

Your client data

We only use client information to deliver the agreed scope. Access is granted by invitation, kept to what the service needs, and you're told what to revoke at the end. See the privacy notice and service policies.

Tell us what your clients need

Share the service, rough scope and market. You'll get a written scope and quote to review. Nothing starts until you agree to it.

  • You keep the client relationship
  • Unbranded deliverables
  • Written scope before work starts
