Policies
Service policies
The rules every order follows. Commercial terms for a specific order are in its written quote.
Scope before work
Work starts only after you accept a written scope stating deliverables in units, exclusions, inputs, approvals, price and terms. Changes are confirmed in writing before they're acted on.
Outcomes
We deliver the agreed outputs. We don't guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue or indexation, and partners should not promise these to clients on the basis of our work.
Paid placements and link attributes
Where a publisher charges for a placement, the link should be qualified, for example with rel="sponsored", in line with Google's spam policies (opens in a new tab). We report link attributes as published and don't sell links meant to pass ranking credit. We don't use private blog networks or link exchanges.
Local SEO
We only create or edit listings for locations the business genuinely operates from or serves according to platform rules. We don't write, buy or incentivise reviews.
Account access
- Access is requested only where the service needs it, and granted by invitation from the account owner.
- We never ask for passwords. Don't send them through forms or email.
- At the end of the work we tell you which access can be removed.
White-label reporting and client contact
Deliverables carry no SEOReseller branding. By default we communicate only with you, not your client. White-label covers branding; reports still describe the work accurately.
Revisions, cancellation and refunds
These are set out in the written quote for each order before you accept it.
